Very quick to make! The flavors blend nicely but you have to be careful with the chillies in adobo sauce, one, it can get very spicy and two, it can over power the dish. Side dishes should be simple, rice and a dinner roll is perfect. A garnish of diced tomatoes and some slices of avacado makes the dish complete. *Edit* This is amazing day 2. Everything has a chance to blend. It is smooth, flavorful and not so spicy. I made it as a sandwich. What a perfect lunch!
