The soup base was really nice, but the dumplings were full of sadness.
The wheat flour made the dumplings very gritty/earthy tasting. Also, the dumplings seemed to disintegrate in the soup. It's possible I did something wrong, but I tried to follow the instructions as best I could. Would potentially try again using another dumpling method.
