These were amazebombs, despite how many things I could've done better/easier! Many lessons learned (like that top layer of bombs will slide right off the greased parchment paper, lol, and there wasn't enough air flow to evenly cook any of them so multiple batches is just easier), so I'm totally ready to make my next batch o' bombs. Super versatile, countless ways to tweak the filling, and they DO reheat well!
