Honestly, I can't believe how good these are. I used mayo for the inside and outside of the bread with a dash of dijon on the inside. Combined with smoked gouda this was the best grilled cheese I've had in my entire life. That's saying something.
Flipped halfway through (as per directions), they produce the most phenomenal crust I've ever experienced on a grilled cheese. Like you'd pay $10 for this grilled cheese at a restaurant quality. Will never make grilled cheese the same again!
