I used a little less butter but offset that with more extra sharp cheese 😂 😂 good recipe!

I used brioche bread, mayo, cheddar cheese and pepper jack cheese. Turn out nicely. Will make again.

Decided to try and I was surprised on how good they were. I used Mayo and sliced cheddar. I will definitely make them again again!

I used cheddar and a hard cheese. Regular brown bread. Reduced time to 3min per side

Added tomato and dill!! SUPER good!!

An excellent grilled cheese! Highly recommend. I broiled each side for a minute or 2 at the end; I have a combo toaster oven-air fryer and they weren't getting browned.

Honestly, I can't believe how good these are. I used mayo for the inside and outside of the bread with a dash of dijon on the inside. Combined with smoked gouda this was the best grilled cheese I've had in my entire life. That's saying something. Flipped halfway through (as per directions), they produce the most phenomenal crust I've ever experienced on a grilled cheese. Like you'd pay $10 for this grilled cheese at a restaurant quality. Will never make grilled cheese the same again!

Found thus recipe becuase I didn't want to cook on the stove. I did mine for 7 minutes each side becuse I like crispy. But these came out perfectly and fast :D

My absolute favorite way to make a grilled cheese. I like them a little crispy. My husband, however, prefers them prepared the old fashioned way 🙄

Perfect..used Swiss and sharp yellow cheddar cheeses and sourdough bread...used nutiva butter-flavored coconut oil to brush the sandwiches with. Can pair with either soup or salad, making it a go-to dish when you can't think of anything else to make for your kids/family.

I advise cutting the crust off beforehand, it was kind of hard. Other than that, it was really good!
