Used 3tbsp of dark soy sauce and 3 light. I wonder if it would have come out darker and salter had I used just dark...
Marinated it for about three ish hours. Cooking it was a breeze, be sure to not get juices in the pan if you're trying to sear. I clearly was too hungry to care lol.
I also used pork tenderloin instead of beef.
If you got asian essentials at home this is a pretty simple dish to make ๐
