Very good! So quick & easy. Took longer to heat up the oven than to assemble my 12-muffin pan! I love that I didn’t have to fuss with scrambling the egg. This basic recipe is perfect for individualizing your own add-ins & flavors. We like it as is though. Super easy breakfast!
