Canadian Bacon Egg Cups

Great for a keto dieter.

I only used one slice of Canadian bacon per muffin cup. If I used two, it pushed up and out of the cup. I baked it for 15 minutes. I like my eggs a little runny, so I will bake them for 13 minutes next time.

Very good! So quick & easy. Took longer to heat up the oven than to assemble my 12-muffin pan! I love that I didn’t have to fuss with scrambling the egg. This basic recipe is perfect for individualizing your own add-ins & flavors. We like it as is though. Super easy breakfast!
