This turned out great! Just a few notes based on other tips:
First, covering the dough with a WARM and slightly damp tea towel instead of a dry towel does wonders for raising the bread - possibly too much so. By the end of the second rise, my dough was overflowing from the pan. If you cover with a steamy tea towel, cut the first rise short by about 15-20 minutes or so.
Second, this bread does not result in a very airy bread, or at least mine didn't. I got almost no rise in the oven. So let it rise uncovered in the pan for those 45 minutes to an hour in order to get as much air in it as possible.
I also added ranch seasoning to mine, which complemented the yeasty flavor wonderfully. For reference, I added about 2 tablespoons for one loaf, and it's a noticeable but not overpowering taste.
This loaf tasted awesome reheated, too. 10/10, will make again.
