Surprisingly good paste on the salmon. I needed to make double the amount of paste for the larger end of the salmon quantity recommended, but there was plenty of salsa. Salsa was delicious also but definitely masks the flavor added to the salmon if you use too much. Salsa went bad before the salmon, but that’s to be expected. I did not include jalapeños in mine.
