This was a pretty nice cake. Easy to make, too. Nice sweet apple flavor.
The recipe calls for a 9 x 13 inch pan. I used a glass baking dish which left the center somewhat runny but baked around the edges. I suspect using a metal pan was intended or longer bake time is needed for thick glass.
