Delicious! Added sliced mushrooms and stir-fried the veg for a couple of mins before adding noodles and sauce. Once the halloumi was half done, added the extra oil, garlic and chilli flakes in with it to finish which worked well. Omitted the fresh herbs, seeds and nuts as topping for simplicity and it was incredibly tasty as was. Very quick and easy, really filling. Will definitely have again!
