I tripled the glaze recipe and made a family pack of boneless chops. It came together really quickly and easily. I also skipped their recommendation on veggies and cut up 8 carrots and half of a fresh pineapple and cooked them up together in a little olive oil, covered, on Medium Low while the chops were in the oven. The last couple of minutes I added glaze to the carrots and pineapple and cooked it down just a bit. I have never done this combination before but like to experiment with flavors and let me tell you that it was a huge success. Husband and boys ate it up. My 14 year old had seconds and made a point to yell me how good he thought it was and that he doesn't typically like pork chops. We did use a bit more fresh cracked black pepper to season the chops which he loved, I would take it a little easier on that next time.
