I love tofu, I've cooked with it often and it can be very bland when not seasoned or covered in a sauce so I made sure to double the glaze of this recipe. I added mushrooms along with broccoli and carrots and I like to make my tofu extra crispy. Pressing the tofu for about 30mins before frying is definitely helpful and this dish was pretty quick and easy to make in my opinion. Topped it with more Sriracha because I love the kick and some green onions
