Stuffed with seasoned meat- refried beans - lots of Mexican cheese mix- sour cream - green onions - jalapeños - and topped off with lettuce and tomatoes - put the lot in the oven for the cheese to melt before adding the fresh stuff.. worth the extra 6’ wait 😻😻
