Instructions
Step 1
Cook beef in skillet over medium heat 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until brown; drain.
Step 2
Stir taco seasoning and water into the beef, as directed on the package. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly; reduce heat to medium-low. Cook 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Step 3
Heat taco shells as directed on package. Serve taco shells with beef mixture, lettuce, tomato and cheese.
Step 4
Heat refried beans in microwave.
Freezer Meal
Step 5
To Make a freezer meal for a future dinner, make a second batch of taco meat and individually package cooked taco meat, shredded cheese, salsa and tortillas in quart sized freezer bags. Combine these freezer bags into a larger zip-top freezer bag in the freezer.
