Served this with roasted asparagus. I changed the seasonings though. I just did salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Italian seasoning. It turned out wonderful! I also took a baguette I'd frozen, cut it into pieces, put it in the pan I'd seared the chicken in, dumped a mountain of mozzarella cheese on top, put a lid on, and put it in low heat until everything was melted. Then I put it in the oven to really melt it. It was AWESOME.
