Cheesy Asparagus Stuffed Chicken

Delicious! However, it didnt have sauce like the picture, so we made our own and poured it on top before putting in the oven. Yum! Sauce: 1/2 can tomato soup, 1/2 can tomato sauce, 1/2 cup chopped roasted red peppers, 1 TB minced garlic, 1 TB Italian seasoning, 2 pinches of sugar, splash of milk.

Made it exactly as the directions stated but used crushed garlic instead of garlic powder and used smoked paprika and it turned out awesome. Will definitely be making this again

Served this with roasted asparagus. I changed the seasonings though. I just did salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Italian seasoning. It turned out wonderful! I also took a baguette I'd frozen, cut it into pieces, put it in the pan I'd seared the chicken in, dumped a mountain of mozzarella cheese on top, put a lid on, and put it in low heat until everything was melted. Then I put it in the oven to really melt it. It was AWESOME.

I made four breasts. Doubled the spices.
