Did great! Our half-size oven cooked it in about 50 minutes or so, a little less than the hour called for. We used a mix of frozen carrots, peas, and corn. Our 2-year old did not seem to care for it, but thankfully she liked the Tomato Goat Cheese Pasta we had for our entree (surprised me, since I thought it would have been the other way around). Adults loved it, some even went for seconds! (Of both this and the entree)
