My family is pretty sick of chicken, but this recipe was a hit amongst my picky eaters. I really enjoyed this dish. I often use parmesan & heavy cream sauces in my cooking and liked the addition of the buillon powder. I also like that the chicken is seared first, then baked in the oven. I found that made the skin crispier and not get so mushy in the sauce. I added broccoli to the recipe. It was great. I will also add that I'm a very slow cook and I have never made a meal that comes in under a recipe's cook time. From start to finish, this took me 45 minutes, which is a quick meal to me. Once I seared two batches of chicken thighs and put them in the oven for 30 minutes. I continued with the prep and making the sauce. By the time the chicken was done, so was the sauce.
