Came out great! Other recipes I've used have said to let the dough sit for 30 mins to an hour. I didn't this time and they still csmr out great. I also added 1tbsp of sugar for 9 dumplings, but I think it could have done with 1.5tbsp. But really happy with how they came out! Just make sure you fry on the lowest heat setting for 3/4 of the time, then turn it up at the end to brown them off!
