Tasty and simple to make. Did make a few changes, rather than mash I crushed new potatoes then mixed in the butter/lemon sauce. The salt & pepper made a nice firm crust on the salmon. Rounded off with steamed spinach with a sprinkling of parmigiano reggaino cheese.
