I used the lettuce from my garden over kale. Decided that I need to start growing kale. I also added almonds, beetroot and chargrilled capsicum and no egg. Didn't have red wine vinegar so subbed in apple cider vinegar. I just ribboned a carrot and chucked it in over the cooked noods. Next time I might chuck in marinated lamb over bacon. I good way to use up some leftovers.
