It's quite a process but the end result is worth it, made some of the crispiest potatoes I've ever had (in a good way)
Our potato pieces were too large so took way longer in the oven, and will brush will oil after cooking next time as none of the seasoning wanted to stick to them. Even with their flaws our first time trying these out, they were gone fast
