A fantastic flavoursome curry with a good level of spice. Added 1/4tsp of fenugreek powder and same with leaves. A little coconut milk as didnt have bites. Added a little more tuneric and garam too, butter and onion. Kashmiri rather than fresh chilli. Didn't cook down quite as much as the recipe said as wanted a little gravy for the bread. This would cook even better with lamb I think. Winning recipe, will cook again.
