I really love this recipe but I feel it takes quite a bit longer for the sauce to thicken and cook than stated. Everyone in my family loves it. I try to cook Filipino food occasionally because my daughter is half Filipino and I don’t want her to miss out on it when not with her dad’s side of the family and this one is excellent.
