If you make these in a mini muffin tin, decrease bake time to about 10 minutes. Options: I used 1/2 cup Flax Seeds to replace the 1/2 cup of all-purpose flour. Can use 1/4 cup raisins and 1/4 cup of dried cranberries instead of all raisins. 1/2 cup brown sugar to replace 3/4 cup brown sugar.
