I use chicken thighs instead of breasts to be more moist. If more than 3lbs chicken, I double the rest of the recipe so it's not dry. I also reserve the bacon grease when making the bacon crumbles and add to taste at the end if it's dry. If it's still dry, make sure you're not using diet cream cheese or "spread". I've also added extra cream cheese and cheese at the end if needed to get the consistency I want.

1 Tbsp each of
Salt
Black pepper (1/2 Tbsp is fine too)
Paprika (smoked paprike is even better)
Dill weed
Garlic powder
Onion powder
