Time it takes to make these, especially to get the beautiful browning, takes longer than the recipe lets on. It says 5 minutes for prep, but chopping onion and cleaning a pound of mushrooms takes me significantly longer than that. I also skipped the wine to ensure I got the browning. I think it's delicious, though! And simple.
