Cakes were nice and very moist. I used lemon extract instead of vanilla. I think this gave them a little more of that lemon pop I was looking for. Enjoy everyone. And I made my own butter cream frosting again using lemon extract instead of vanilla. I also used a little zest of lemon... maybe a teaspoon, didn't really measure that....
