Well, Mexican im very familiar with, so trigger me with something African and I'm going to see how and what i come up with, haha! Haha Scandinavian cuisine is something... else... for most people that is. I love it. I don't have a favorite dish in any kitchen, to be honest. But try to make "hutspot" during this season and DO NOT be shy on adding herbs and spices to the gravy 🤤🤤🤤

That makes sense, because you do seem like an adventurous and great cook lol. Hmm there are so many dishes 🤔😂. There is Chakalaka- which is a relish and side, that consists of carrots, baked beans, tomatoes, chill and turmeric etc (and it’s meant to pack a punch flavour and spice wise lol) Caldeirada de Peixe- which is a tomato based fish stew that consists of palm oil, butter,garlic, chill and okra etc Jollof rice- tomato based sauce with various spices and the rice gets cooked in that sauce Yeah Scandinavian food is definitely not for the “faint at heart” 😂, some other of the food is an acquired taste. Also I’ll definitely check out your dish, it sounds really interesting 😋 Also sorry about the amount of recipes, I couldn’t decide on one 🥲😂
