4x the sauce. Used pepper steak and after baking soda velveting, rinsed off then stir fried with the sauce. After stir frying, let cool and cut into smaller pieces..used one small head of green cabbage, red peppers, and a frozen stir fry. Took out meat after stir frying then added frozen stir fry and chopped.gsrlic and after a bit drained extra liquid in colander. Added cabbage then peppers. Used 1 lb meat and 2.5 lb udon.
Also made eith chicken. Used 16 oz udon (covered in boiling water than drained). Marinated chicken boneless thighs very quickly with soy sauce, garlic powder, corn starch. First stir fried meat in hot oil, then took out and added vegetables and garlic powder and then chicken back in and msg powder and noodles. Added sauce (doubled it and added a bit of corn starch). Mixed with sauce for a while until it got thicker.
