Absolutely delicious!! The whole family loved it. Quick and simple recipe, I did add some country gravy as a “sauce” underneath the eggs. This will now be our weekly Sunday Night Family Dinner! We have a family of five and still had a couple pieces left. It is very delicious and filling!
