Easy to make vegan, using Beyond Beef and vegan butter (prefer cultured butter). For the potatoes sub in oat milk, just egg, and/or Cashew creme fraiche/crema fresca.
I always add extra spices, particularly a large pinch of rosemary.
For the gravy, I increased the butter/flour by 50%, keeping the liquid the same. This helps it hold form in the pan & when serving.
