More labour-intensive than I expected with the amount of pans I used but if you wash up as you go along, not so bad! I got a tip from another recipe for fish pie to first cook the potatoes for a few minutes and then add the eggs for boiling- not only are there fewer pots but it's more economical as you use less fuel! There were no leftovers so it must have been good and so would definitely cook it again.
