Please note: You can cook the pancakes without the moulds too, but in this case, start with two tablespoons for each pancake, wait a bit and add one/two times more. (You want to pile on the batter vertically to get the same height as if cooking with moulds) cover with the lid and cook for 5 minutes, then flip and cook for another 5 minutes, covered.
Important to cook them slowly on a low heat. This will ensure the pancakes cook inside.
