We tried the Alfreda Sauce aspect of the recipe and it was heavenly. The cream cheese makes a world of difference and gives the sauce great body. If you can grate your own Parmesan, I really recommend it! We used an 8oz wedge from Aldi and it grated down into 2cups cheese. We also added a bit of Slap Your Mama Cajun seasoning for an entra kick. If you prefer the sauce to pasta ratio on the saucier side, you’ll need to double the sauce recipe(potentially triple) for 2lbs of fettuccine noodles.
