Good recipe I would definitely recommend it, I tweaked the sauce a bit with basil, cherry tomatoes, food cream (I don’t know the right English term) and some spices. And don’t throw out the peels from the potato’s, but scrape out almost all the meat, leave a little on there so it isn’t paper thin, but put them on a tray sprinkle some flaky salt, throw them in the oven at low heat and you have some delicious sweet crispy chips. I figured it would be good and it was REALLY GOOD!!
