So good! Didn't have leftover rice so I made rice, spread it out on a cookie sheet, covered it, and put it in the fridge for ~30mins-1hr. Using "Charlie" (Nagi's stir fry sauce) with the Chinese wine really made a difference! Vegan so I used Soy Curls (marinated in stir fry sauce) as a meat substitute For veggies I used corn, carrot, cabbage, frozen broccoli. I blanched the broccoli and added at the end. Watch the wok when using high heat. If you don't keep moving the food it will burn. Freezes well for meal prep!
