I had a hard time finding the right recipe for crepes, and this is the one! Easy to prepare, doesn't stick to the pan, tastes great!
I usually add a pinch of sugar to the dough (not sure why, but I have this in my head as a rule 🤷♀️) and fry crepes on coconut oil.
