This was really delicious, great with a lemony arugula salad. Would recommend making more of the butter, it’s great for anything. Recipe is behind a paywall, but basically make a compound butter with anchovies, garlic, salt and pepper, melt half of it in a skillet and cook skin side down. Add the capers, then roast in the oven for 6-10 min depending on thickness and then add the rest of the compound butter, squeeze lemon and parsley.
