Found the idea on food network. Used BakePlaySmile salted caramel sauce I had left in the fridge. Delicious spicey cinnamon flavour, tastes even better with extra caramel sauce drizzled over top. Definitely will make this next time the family come in - perhaps just make a little earlier and set aside so its not piping hot. Unfortunately doesn't make much - did 7.5 ramekins, size as pictured.
