Step 1
Combine all ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat

Cook, stirring regularly to prevent sticking to bottom, until rice is tender and the liquid is mostly absorbed - about 20mins. Can help to reduce heat once boiling over, then cook slowly
Step 3
Divide into 4 small cups (or 6/7 ramekins) and eat warm, or refrigerate for a cool dessert
