This one takes a while and uses a lot of dishes. It's worth it.
The trickiest part is having everything finish up at the same time. So far, the best strategy I've found is to start the peaches first. While they begin to simmer, dredge the chicken and heat the frying oil. Just before frying, heat up the waffle iron. Start frying the chicken. While chicken is frying, start cooking the waffles. As the chicken is about to finish, cook the eggs. Don't dip the chicken into the buffalo sauce until just before plating, that way the buffalo sauce is still runny.
