This was so good! Thanks! I used rice wine vinegar instead of apple cider cause that's what I had, and I added some dry Thai chilies because I like a little heat. I also salt and peppered the chicken cubes in addition to the salt and pepper in the egg wash. And I'm lazy, so I fried my veggies in the oil I fried the chicken in 🤭😅.
