This was delish!!! I did tweak my recipe a bit though
Instead of frying the cauliflower, I lined them on parchment paper on 2 baking pans, drizzled a bit of oil on the tops then I put them in oven for 15 mins. After I flipped each piece and baked for another 15 mins. It was soooo much easier than frying it one a time.
For the flour mix, I added extra seasonings like garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, & cumin to add more flavor. And lastly, for my sauce I added fresh garlic to it to really punch in the flavor.
So yummy!!!!
