Despite the amount of spices in the dish, it lacked flavor. Next time, I'll mess with the recipe. The potatoes fell apart but mixed into the excess liquid (instant pot) and made a sort of sauce. Maybe mix big and small chunks so you get the sauce, but some of them stay whole.
