This was delicious! I used ground turkey instead of pork, so I added in a splash of chicken broth for moisture. Went with a 6-min soft-boiled egg instead of fried (I'd like to say that was a calorie/fat cutting move, but the truth is I can't flip a fried egg to save my life!) It was just a tad too spicey for me; next time I might trade the cayenne pepper for a drizzle of sirrachia!
