Added 3 Leeks and 5 carrots. Sautéed in the bacon fat with 6 cloves of garlic, after soft remove veggie mix. Deglazed Instant Pot with 1/2 C chicken broth. Added 3.5 Lbs of taters put veggie mix on top added 2 C chicken broth/stock and pressure cooked on high for 15 minutes. Let sit for 5 minutes. Added 4cups more Chicken Broth, added seasonings and immersion blended. Sautée on high 15 minutes and served. Delicious
