Great flavor, but mine came out really dry after setting for only about 5 hours in fridge. Since avocados vary so much in size, texture and ripeness, the dressing was probably the reason. I ended up adding about a tablespoon of ranch dressing to make it creamy. I’d make it again, but the dressing needs tweaking.
